About Me

Hello, my name is Marnie. Firstly thank you for visiting my page. Regardless of whether you decide to contact me for support I appreciate that you took the time to stop by.

I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Stirling and a postgraduate degree in Clinical Aspects of Psychology from the University of Reading. In addition I have completed numerous training courses: Adult and Child safeguarding, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, ASIST (suicide prevention) Autism Spectrum Disorder, BEAT Eating Disorders, Domestic Violence, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, Mental Health First Aid, Personality Disorder, SafeTalk, Self-Harm Awareness.

I have been supporting individuals’ with their mental wellbeing for nearly 5 years in different capacities and with different groups of individuals, ranging from children to older adults, some with a mental health diagnosis and some without a diagnosis.

I don't envisage my work as 'work' rather it is a part of who I am and I greatly appreciate the opportunity to support others to reach a better place in their life. I am very passionate about what I do and Harmonize Coaching has been created from this in addition to my strong belief that everyone, with the correct support, can reach a point of positive mental wellbeing.
